The brief

Investors wanted answers without calling the office

Investors wanted to see their schemes, payouts and tax deductions for themselves. Agents needed to follow their clients and commissions. And the Virutcham team needed a safe, recorded way to process every payout.

We mapped every money flow first — schemes, payouts, maturities, commissions and TDS — then designed the investor and agent journeys, and the portal that runs them.

The Virutcham team exports due payouts to the bank, marks them paid when the bank confirms, and handles commissions, maturities and KYC — every action written to an audit log.
